We’d like to share an update to our fee structure at Little Tree Psychology. As a practice, we’ve made the decision to adjust our standard rate to $225 per hour, effective immediately. This change helps us cover the growing costs of running a practice while allowing us to continue delivering the high level of care you’ve come to expect. That said, some of our practitioners have opted to keep their rate at $220 per hour, ensuring a bit of flexibility within our team.

We understand that finances can sometimes be a barrier to accessing mental health support, so we’re committed to offering reduced rates on a case-by-case basis for those without health benefits.

Thank you for your continued trust in us. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at hello@littletreepsychology.com. We’re here to help.

Warmly, Little Tree Psychology

Reaching out for support during times of struggle can be difficult, especially if reaching out before has not gone as planned. I believe in the person-centred and strengths-based approaches that help foster a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and comfortable environment to access support during these times. I offer a non-judgmental space for processing, healing, and growth. I come with a background of experience with ADHD, dual-diagnosis, disabilities, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life stress and transition, students, student-athletes, and sports-related struggles across many differing cultural backgrounds and identities.

I draw from an integrative approach to support your unique needs and adapt to you and your life changes. I emphasize Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. In my practice, I aim to create a space for reflection, processing, and growth. I aim to best understand you, from your perspective, to work together. In doing so, we can collaborate to identify goals, address struggles, develop awareness, and find ways to grow and heal that are best for you.

Client Focus: Youth 10+, Adults, Families

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and golden retriever, Nash. I enjoy staying active through picking up playing hockey when I can, volunteer coaching with the local Special Olympics program, and playing competitive rugby. I also enjoy spending time at the local coffee shops and in our wonderful downtown area.

Hi, I’m Cassidy. I’m a Provisionally Registered Psychologist, and I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I work with teens (13+) and adults in individual counselling, and I also support couples who want to reconnect, communicate better, and navigate challenges together.

I show up as a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes deeply in meeting you where you’re at. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming—without pressure or judgment. We’ll take things at your pace and work together to build insight, confidence, and tools that support the life you want.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating. Growth asks a lot from us, and facing the hard stuff takes courage. But I also believe wholeheartedly that every person has the ability to heal and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic. And you don’t have to do any of it alone.

In our work together, my hope is that you feel genuinely seen and supported—like you have someone in your corner. We’ll explore what’s getting in the way, celebrate your strengths, and create a path forward that feels doable and meaningful for you.

Client Focus:

Couples, Individuals, Teens (13+)
